Commissioner Fischer Boel: Rural development policy is still delivering for Ireland and the EU

The European Commissioner for Agriculture and Rural Development, Miss Mariann Fischer Boel, kindly submitted an article to the National Rural Network web site entitled “Rural development policy is still delivering for Ireland and the EU”.
