There are many tools and techniques for getting people involved or engaged in Community Activity. In rural communities we often complain that people just don't get involved. Too often this is a cop out. There are many ways of getting people involved. If one way doesn't work so well, we must try another.
Meetings are just one way of communities engaging with each other but there are so many other ways.
